Sellers

Sellers must accurately describe condition of the shoes or clothing they are selling. Failure to do so is in breaking of SoleExchange’s TOS

 A Seller will build confidence in its product and credibility with Buyers by disclosing all material facts about the condition of products offered for sale. It is Seller’s obligation to fairly represent its products and to correct any errors made regarding disclosed conditions. Seller is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all disclosures regardless of whether Seller has relied on third party resources (e.g. Legit Checks or other resellers)

Online Photographs and Video. Photographs and video must accurately and fairly represent the condition of the product. Photographs/video of damage or other conditions that could materially affect the value of a product should be provided.

All sales are subject to a 5% admin fee.

Buyers

Buyer’s are responsible for reviewing all information and pictures before bidding on a product.

All bids placed are final.

All products are sold as seen.
