Refund and Returns Policy

At SoleExchange we pride ourselves on only allowing legitimate and authentic stores to sell on our site. All our sellers are verified and checked before selling on the platform.

Unfortunately we are not accepting refunds and returns at this time. Once a product is sold at auction it is yours to take. Once a bid is placed you are agreeing to pay for that item if you are the winning bid.

However we understand mistakes happen, if a product arrives and is the wrong size it is the sellers responsibility to issue a refund.
